TechCreate is a Digital Learning and Fabrication Studio.

TechCreate provides a variety of children’s classes, camps and clubs throughout the year. We help children learn about STEAM so they can develop new skills for the future. Children will learn practical skills that will open up future opportunities in the growing digital economy.

Do You Need something laser cut or engraved?
We can work with your existing designs and files, or if you just have an idea in your head or have seen a picture online we can create it for you with our Laser Cutting and Engraving service.
Whether you need a one off order or want us to become the product design and manufacturing arm of your business, we can do either.

At TechCreate we run a Mini Makers club every Friday afternoon, during school term time, at our studio in Straffan.

These clubs are for children aged 8+ who have an interest in technology and making things.

Children will be assisted in our workshop to make a range of pre defined projects. They will learn how to use our 3D Printer and Laser Cutters and the associated computer software to operate them.

Our instructors will be on hand to give ideas and support.
Mini maker club

Children will start with simple projects and then as they grow in confidence and ability move on to larger things.

We have some mini maker club members who have been coming every week for the last 2.5 years! The great thing is as members skills and confidence develop they can move on to more exciting and challenging projects.

Everything they make they will be allowed to bring home.
