iSchool is a pioneering institution in programming and robotics education for children in La Rioja, Spain. Established in 2014, iSchool has been devoted to fostering digital competencies in young minds and providing a platform for their educational development.

iSchool began its journey with a mission to inspire a love for technology among the youth. From its humble beginnings, it has grown and flourished, currently impacting the lives of over 2,000 students. In the year 2015-2016, iSchool expanded its reach with a new branch in the region of Murcia, and in 2016, the institution proudly inaugurated its own school in Avenida Club Deportivo, 20 Bis, Logroño.

iSchool offers a range of programs focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education. From as early as four years old, iSchool introduces children to the fascinating world of pre-programming and pre-robotics. As children progress through the elementary and secondary levels, they engage in hands-on learning experiences, building robots, designing video games, and delving into the intricacies of programming languages like Scratch, Python, and Appinventor.

At iSchool, innovation and creativity are constantly encouraged. The institution offers specialized courses in robotics where students can design, build, and bring their robots to life using Lego® Mindstorms EV3, Makeblock, Edison, FischerTechnik, MIBO, and Sphero. These robotics programs cater to children of all ages, including the little ones in infant and primary education.

iSchool’s commitment to fostering creativity extends to the realm of video game creation. Students can explore their imaginations and develop their own video games using platforms such as Scratch, Kodu, Python, Game Maker Studio, Godot, and Unity. From their first arcade games to more complex projects, the possibilities are endless, encouraging children to refine their problem-solving skills while having fun.

Aspiring engineers and designers can also venture into the world of 3D modeling and printing at iSchool. With hands-on experience in creating prototypes and exploring augmented reality, students can bring their ideas to life in this dynamic and ever-evolving field.

At iSchool, no prior knowledge is required to embark on this exciting learning journey. The institution provides age-appropriate materials and content tailored to each student’s level. With a student-to-robot ratio of approximately 2-3, iSchool ensures that every child receives personalized attention and ample opportunities for growth.

iSchool’s commitment to education goes beyond regular classes. The institution offers a 24/7 communication platform for constant engagement between students, parents, and instructors. Additionally, iSchool hosts its own workshops, camps, and extracurricular activities, where students can further explore their interests and expand their knowledge.

iSchool alumni have the opportunity to participate in renowned competitions such as the WRO® (World Robot Olympiad) and the First® Lego® League, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in exciting challenges.
