HackerspaceVLC is a Maker space that promotes the use of free technologies. It is a space open to all people who are interested about learning and sharing technology, learning how to use it, modify it and reuse it to our liking. We want to put technology at the service of people, taking advantage of it beyond what the manufacturers and corporations decided to create it. Giving a second life to those devices that we no longer use, avoiding creating new waste and putting it in the hands of other people who will take advantage of it.

Hackerspaces are a common space where all kinds of people meet, share their interest in technology and collaborate on projects to learn from each other.

By joining HackerspaceVLC you will become another member of the association with full rights to use our facilities and equipment, such as welding equipment, electronics, computers, etc … as well as meeting other people who master disciplines that you do not know, so learning is guaranteed. To join, you just have to come one of the open days and you can join on the same day.

We have a place in the Benimaclet neighborhood where members can meet and start their projects, with equipment, storage space and work spaces.

In addition, we hold workshops and talks open to the public, on multiple topics that arouse interest in the community (Arduino, 3D Printing, FPGAs, IoT, LoRaWAN / TTN, Restoration of valve radios, SMD welding, FreeCad, KiCad, Administration of systems…).
