The Executive Board plays a critical role in steering the network’s initiatives, and its constitution for the upcoming year will be determined based on the applications received. The application period is scheduled to open from January 6th to 13th, providing an opportunity for dedicated members to express their interest in contributing to EASE’s mission.
It is imperative to note that priority will be given to candidacies from colleagues who are currently part of the incumbent Executive Board. The Executive Board, structured to include 7, 9, or 11 members, depending on the applications, will be unveiled during the Executive Board meeting on January 15th, alongside the Action Plan for 2024.
Subsequently, on January 22nd, a General Assembly will convene to present the results of the network’s activities, including the achievements and percentage of fulfillment of the 2023 Action Plan. This occasion will also reveal the composition of the Executive Board for 2024 and outline the corresponding Action Plan.
