According to our exploratory study and the responses to our questionnaire, we can see what goals an association of STEAM educators should pursue.As the activity of an association must respond to the needs of its members in our perspective, these will be the objectives (according to the hierarchy defined by the surveys) to be pursued during the first year of the organization.The process of building a web platform will begin, which complies with and gives visibility to these themes.In terms of the working groups, the distribution of tasks and responsibilities is foreseen as follows:

• An Executive board, with one person responsible for each of these activities;
• An advisory board, with one responsible for each country and with important intervention in what will be the definition of the activity of EASE-European Association of STEAM Educators.Soon we will begin this process.

We also define our activity as ecological, socially inclusive and focused on the development of others’ competences. These are fundamental principles for everything we can build in the future.
