New technologies have our doors open. We have interactive displays, state-of-the-art computer labs and wifi throughout the school. But even in our country we still read from books and write on paper. We always use what serves us best in a given situation. For example, we only keep class books electronically.
- A multimedia computer and a data projector are a matter of course in every classroom. We also use interactive displays, the most modern form of school blackboard;
- We have 3D printers at school that are available to students for their experiments;
- Interactive displays;
- When a teacher wants to use an Internet resource, it is literally at hand. He can use it immediately and show it to the whole class, for example a video from YouTube. A demonstration of interactive 3D models is possible on the display, which is interesting, for example, in biology, when we can easily look into a person’s stomach;
- Thanks to high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi coverage of the entire school campus, everyone can connect without any problems. We have created our own network for students, where clear rules apply;
- Students can copy, print, scan everything they need. The freely accessible multifunctional machines in the corridors are used for this. All they need is their ISIC card;
- Each of our students has a Google account – their own email address, access to unlimited storage space and many cloud applications. Distance learning is not a problem for us.
- Microsoft Office (365) free for the duration of the course: our students have a license for up to 15 of their devices. They can install the applications for free on 5 phones, 5 tablets and 5 computers (PC and Mac);
- In recent years, we have been teaching robotics as part of regular classes and clubs. For example, we work with programmable LEGO kits, the Arduino system or Micro:bit.
- PHP programming circle: people say that foreign languages open doors to the world, and the same applies to programming languages. Whoever learns something has won these days. That’s why we’ve been offering a programming club for over 10 years;
- Website creation: whether you want to start a business or dedicate yourself to helping others, you need to make yourself known to the world. Who does not have a website, as if he did not exist. In our group, students will learn how such a website is built.
